Just 1.4 km from the historic center of Montepulciano is the small winery with renowned restaurant and some guest rooms. The restaurant was newly opened in 2013 and seats about 30 inside, with another 25 or so seats on the covered panoramic terrace. The restaurant enjoys great popularity and is a real insider tip among locals and tourists alike. There is a fully equipped cantina for wine production with its own label and olive oil production. In addition, there is the possibility to immediately open a B&B with about 15 beds in the main house and the annex. The main house with about 225 m² of living space dates back to 1900 and has been completely renovated internally.

To the property belong approx. 7 hectares of land of which on approx. 2.5 hectares wine is cultivated, furthermore there is an olive grove with approx. 200 olive trees and seed land which can still be planted. In addition, another 4 hectares of vineyard could be acquired. This land is in the neighborhood or directly adjacent to the current property.
